The Challenge

XS Brokers is one of the largest premium insurance underwriting agencies in the Northeast. They are a family-owned independent wholesale brokerage firm that has been in the industry for over 37 years. With locations expanding in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida, XS Brokers knew that they had to update their digital presence to keep up with their growing and expanding business.

They needed a clean, modern and interactive web presence that was visually appealing, well organized, responsive and easy to navigate and search. Their website was outdated and lacked organization.

The Solution

WDB worked with XS Brokers to help define and emphasize the value of working with such a specialized and experienced firm. XS Brokers had relied on word of mouth for their marketing and advertising in the past. As they opened new locations and planned to open more, it was important to have a digital presence in those markets and a unified brand message. We redesigned the website with SEO in mind at the forefront and created a unique journey for individual personas with information, news, and resources relative to their needs.

We wanted to encourage visitors to make contact with XS Brokers through various channels on multiple pages.
